Baby Read Incentive Program Descriptions
Describes the process for the BabyRead family to receive a gift card for reading at least 20 times in a given month. The family is encouraged to participate every month but does not have to read every month to qualify for the incentive. Capped at $300. (September 2023)
Describes process for a new BabyRead family to receive an Ingles gift card for meeting in-person with their assigned reader 3 times in the first 2 months. The gift card can be used for food, gas or at the pharmacy. Families using the limited contact/book delivery option only are not eligible for this incentive. (September 2023)
Describes process for an existing BabyRead family that is reading in person to receive a gift card for successfully referring a new family to the BabyRead program. The referred family must meet in-person 3 times in the first 2 months in order for the referring family to qualify for the incentive. The new family may be a relative but cannot reside in the same residence. (September 2023)
